The Farmworker Training Manual is an annotated bibliography of bilingual (English/Spanish) resources for trainers of farmworkers. Standard pesticide safety training is an important step to ensure the safety of farmworkers and their families. This manual of over 75 resources will assist trainers of farmworkers. It lists, reviews, and helps you locate the materials needed to provide proper pesticide safety training that meets the Worker Protection Standard training requirements.

Other materials are included that go beyond the requirements of the Worker Protection Standard. For example, resources related to the safety of children and other members of the families of farmworkers are included in the document.

Also included are resources on training methods, washing pesticide contaminated clothes, protective equipment, and heat stress. Among the resources are videos, cassettes, posters, flipcharts, manuals, pamphlets and flyers. Materials are easily located through the table of contents, quick reference guide, and index.
