Irrigation and Nitrogen Management Plans
The California Department of Food and Agriculture’s (CDFA) Fertilizer Research and Education Program (FREP),
assumed full responsibility for management of the Irrigation and Nitrogen Management Training Program on March 1, 2021.
This includes the INMP self-certification training, examination, and continuing education,
as well as the application to sponsor grower examination for continuing education courses.
